Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) has been established through the enactment of the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024 by the Government of Punjab (GoPb) with an aim to streamline regulatory measures across the Punjab for better and more effective enforcement of special laws. The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and motivated individuals for the following positions. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of discipline and accountability in all enforcement activities.
- Oversee investigation and monitoring processes for accuracy and compliance.
- Operate IT-based monitoring tools for data-driven regulation.
- Support public awareness through digital communication platforms.
- Handle documentation, analysis, and reporting using modern software tools.
- Promote team coordination and transparency within the enforcement units.
Educational Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant disciplines from HEC-recognized institutions.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong computer literacy and digital proficiency.
- Experience in enforcement, investigation, or digital operations preferred.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.
- Fluency in English and Urdu, with strong documentation skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Pakistani national with valid CNIC.
- Applicants should meet the educational and experience criteria.
- No record of disciplinary or criminal misconduct.
- Physically and mentally fit for field or office tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Willingness to relocate or perform duties in assigned regions.
